This includes GENIA, an AI-powered conversational agent platform that enables business clients to automate customer communication via WhatsApp Business Platform. These Terms of Service apply to GENIA and any other application developed by EVOLUTICA LLC, in addition to the Site.

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM COMPLIANCE (META APIs)

Users of our technology must comply with all applicable third-party terms, specifically:

- Meta Platform Terms: You agree to adhere to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
