User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, EVOLUTICA LLC provides a clear mechanism for users to request the deletion of their data associated with our applications. If you wish to delete your user activities or data associated with an EVOLUTICA LLC application integrated with Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, please follow these steps:

EVOLUTICA LLC develops multiple applications under the Evolutify brand, including GENIA, an AI-powered conversational agent platform for WhatsApp Business. The following process applies to data deletion requests for any of our applications, including GENIA.

1.Direct Request via Email: Send an email to hello@evolutica.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

2.Provide Identification: Include your full name and the specific application or service you were using.

3.Verification: Our technical team will verify your identity and confirm the data associated with your account.

4.Confirmation: Once the data is permanently deleted from our servers and disconnected from the Meta API integration, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 days.Note: Deleting your data from our systems will also terminate any active automation or AI agent services provided through the integration.
